I work by myself, for myself and because of that, I need to make everyone aware of certain policies that I need to stick to in order to offer a quality service, in a timely manner, for the benefit of all my clients. Please see a list of these policies below.
Late Cancellations
At Luxe By Leanne, I do my very best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know as soon as you can. If you inform me less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, I have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee I’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
Running Late
I understand that due to your busy schedule, (and Dubai traffic), you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If I keep the appointment for you, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
